We prevented 1,200 unwanted births in 2023
Humane programs are the only way to see a long lasting change to the horrific overpopulation problem witnessed by travelers worldwide. We must be their voice to end the cycle of suffering once and for all.
What is the Camotes Aspin Project?
Camotes Aspin Project (CAP) is a non profit organization that provides veterinary resources and education to the governing bodies and residents of Camotes- Specifically in the area of dog population management. Our mission will replace current inhumane population control methods with sustainable and humane strategies. CAP programs are the foundation of change for our community of suffering and voiceless animals.
Clinics
Before the Aspin Project, there were no accessible island veterinary services. We offer accessible services including sterilization, education, consultation and vaccination.
Fostering Program
Rescue and rehoming wouldn’t be possible without Bayron and his home sanctuary. It’s part of our mission to invest in better shelter, food and medicines to rescue and rehome street animals.
Community Programs & Education
ICAM has the most comprehensive data reports, surveys, tools and guides for roaming dog evaluation. We use them guide our efforts in order to integrate CAP into government programs and educate everyone involved.
